1. Discovery Service

Raffle Finder AI provides information and links to third-party sweepstakes, giveaways, contests, freebies and other promotions. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, Raffle Finder AI is not the sponsor, administrator, prize provider or winner-selection agent for the promotion.

2. Official Rules Control

Every promotion is governed by the originating sponsor's Official Rules. If information on Raffle Finder AI conflicts with those rules, the Official Rules control.

3. Eligibility and Entry

Users are responsible for confirming age, residency, timing, entry limits and all other eligibility requirements before entering. Raffle Finder AI does not guarantee eligibility, entry acceptance, prize availability or winning.

4. Free-Entry Focus

The initial Raffle Finder AI product is designed around free-entry opportunities. Raffle Finder AI does not sell chances or process paid raffle entries in the beta product.

5. Third-Party Sites

Links may take users to third-party websites. Raffle Finder AI is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, outages, changes, fulfillment or conduct.

6. User Conduct

Users may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape it in violation of posted restrictions, submit false reports, impersonate promoters, or use the service unlawfully.

7. Listing Changes and Removal

Listings may be corrected, expired, suspended or removed at any time when information changes, links fail or trust and safety concerns arise.

8. No Warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raffle Finder AI is not liable for losses arising from third-party promotions, prize fulfillment, reliance on listing summaries, website outages or user ineligibility.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as the beta, nonprofit structure, membership program and app-store distribution evolve.
